Extremely poor experience with Palakkad centre. Hearing aid purchased from Aanchal hearing, Palakkad was continously howling and customer unable to use the hearing aid. Audiologist at Palakkad was unable to resolve the problem.
Our experience with this centre was pretty bad indeed. We felt as if went there for some charity. The behavior and attitude of the service person was very negative.
It is a pleasure to write about the excellent service provided by the young staff at Anchal hearing aid center located opposite Pantaloons on the College road.They have a wide range of hearing aids to suit one's need from analog to digital to suit one's pocket. The staff are very cheerful and explain the technical details in a simple layman's language. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for hearing aids to contact them. In my opinion, I would give them a five star rating.
